Ordering

As this is my business, I genuinely want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If in anyway you are concerned with your purchase, I would urge you to contact me immediately as I offer an unconditional 14 day return policy from the date the note is dispatched. Obviously, the note must be sent back in the condition in which you received it to receive an immediate refund.

It is important to me that you receive your orders in the condition they were sent, thus I take great care and pride in packing your orders as follows:-

Firstly all banknotes are packed within a clear, oil free, polyester note holder to protect your notes.
The polyester note holder is then placed with a sheet of folded card which is taped to protect the notes against folding or creasing.
This small package is then placed inside a hard backed envelope which has "Please Do Not Bend" printed on the front.
I then tape the envelope closed to ensure the contents are secure.

Credit/debit card online. (GOOGLE CHECKOUT secure payment facility). If paying by credit/debit card we can only ship to your registered cardholder address.
Sterling cheques and drafts drawn on a UK bank. I regret due to heavy bank charges I am still unable to accept foreign cheques.
GB pounds can be sent as cash for orders. However, cash is sent at your own risk!
Personal Cheque, Bankers Draft, Bank Transfer or Postal Order.Payment to be received within 7 days of purchase.
